I founded Solv to leverage my passion for helping women achieve next level success.

My professional experience spans over two decades, across organizations of various sizes and industries.

I have spent my entire life mastering how to have the confidence to ask for a seat at the table - and to bring other women with me.

It all began when I ran for president in junior high & every year of high school, followed by president of the student council, captain of the varsity volleyball team, and president of my sorority in college. Even at a young age, I pulled other women up into leadership roles because I saw their amazingness, and encouraged them to accomplish greatness, beyond what they imagined they were capable of!

Naturally, this parlayed into my career, when I was promoted at a young age into management within a Fortune 500 company, I could see clearly that women didn’t advocate for themselves, they didn’t realize their greatness in spite of their incredible gifts, and I was passionate about helping them see it and use it to make magic happen! There is ALWAYS room at the table for a lot more women than just me!!!!

As I was promoted into executive leadership, and the only woman at my level in the company, I looked around and realized that capable and outstanding women weren’t being promoted into first line management roles - so there would never be more women at the executive table unless there was a change. I continued to mentor and coach women, helping them find the confidence to navigate their careers- which led to several promotions and as a result an incredibly positive impact on our organization!

After many years of success and promotions, I realized I had reached a glass ceiling that I couldn’t break, when only men were in the C-Suite, so I pivoted into a different industry and achieved my career goal of becoming a CEO (of a world renowned professional services firm). In another male dominated industry, I continued to work with women who didn’t see their own potential, often stuck in their roles with the desire to do more. I coached and mentored them, encouraging them to accomplish great things - which they did!

Although my coaching, mentoring, and promoting wasn’t exclusive to women, I found that is where my passion lies.

In 2020, I had an epiphany and embarked on a journey to turn my gift and passion into my mission.

I coach and mentor women to help them take their careers. businesses, and lives to the next level and achieve their dreams.

Looking back, my leadership growth and career milestones have never been about a title. Instead, it has always been about the positive impact I have on the people in the organization, the customers, and the bottom line!

In my free time I ride my Peloton, travel with my family, and spend time with friends. I am a foodie, and lover of great wine.
